Before Cliveden Homes begins the planning and consultation side of a development, it first searches out the best locations in Cheshire and South Manchester in which to build.
Not only does it strive to build in areas that have great transport links for potential commuting, but the locations are always close to fantastic amenities, schools and leisure facilities.
Cliveden also ensures that the properties it constructs actually enhance the area, by incorporating existing green space, trees and bushes into the new site, and also by using local history and architecture to inspire the homes. |
